An article by Kris Olson appearing in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly on January 18, 2021, titled, "For IP bar, new federal laws a pleasant surprise," quotes Susan G. L. Glovsky on an addition to the Trademark Act that restores a rebuttable presumption of irreparable harm:
“I’m glad to have [the presumption] back,” Glovsky said, adding that it makes sense that irreparable harm is essentially self-evident.
“If someone else opened a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and you couldn’t stop them, it’s clear there would be irreparable harm to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly — the real one,” she said.
