On August 27, 2018, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly newspaper quoted Principal Susan G. L. Glovsky in an article about the Federal Circuit’s recent Click-to-Call, LP v. Ingenio, Inc. et al. decision. In the decision, the Federal Circuit determined that an IPR was not timely when it was filed a decade after service and dismissal of a complaint to enforce the patent challenged by the IPR.
