Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds Earned Top Rankings in 2024 PTAB Intelligence Report

Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds  has been recognized as a Top Performing Firm in Patexia's 2024 PTAB Intelligence Report. The firm earned rankings in the Top 250 for both "Most Active Law Firm (Patent Owner)" and "Best Performing Law Firm (Petitioner)" for its Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) work.

The 2024 report covers 6,806 PTAB proceedings over a five-year period from July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2024. These include 6,510 inter partes reviews (IPRs), 273 post-grant reviews (PGRs), 20 covered business method (CBM) reviews, and three derivation proceedings. Patexia analyzed this data to generate activity of up to 1,000 of the most active attorneys, law firms, and companies.
