Join the FBA of Massachusetts IP Section on June 25, 2024, from 2:30 to 4:30 for a presentation entitled Privilege and Work Product in Intellectual Property Litigation at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

Susan Glovsky, Principal and Sam Sussman, Associate, along with Boston IP Attorneys, The Honorable Donald Cabell and The Honorable George A. O'Toole Jr., will discuss topics relating to asserting and preserving privilege and work product, intentional and unintentional waiver, and scope of waiver.  The audience will learn best practices to review assertions of privilege and work product for overinclusion, to divine the meaning of privilege log entries, and to negotiate resolution of issues that may arise.
