Susan Glovsky Will Moderate A Table Topic at the 2018 INTA Annual Meeting

On Wednesday, May 23, 2018, Principal Susan Glovsky  moderated a Table Topic at the 2018 INTA Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington.  The Table Topic titled “Going Green and Organic?  The How To's of Protecting Sustainable Marks and Labels” discussed sustainability, traceability, circular economy, and greenwashing in the context of branding and advertising throughout the world.  The Table Topic group considered new ways that market forces, regulation, and litigation are controlling the use of sustainable marks and labels.

The International Trademark Association (INTA) is the global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property in order to protect consumers and to promote fair and effective commerce. The INTA Annual Meeting is the world’s largest and most widely attended trademark event.
